I successfully completed the “Building Healthy Habits Challenge” with Insight Timer.

 31 Days 💡31 Incredible teachers 💡31 Powerful wellbeing practices.

Insight Timer’s challenge introduced me to a plethora of fresh wellness techniques on a daily basis, some of which I had not yet experienced. These techniques were versatile and could be modified for various postures – sitting, standing, lying down, or walking – allowing me to seamlessly incorporate them into my routine.

I have several favourite practices that I discovered during my wellness journey. Flow writing has helped enhance my creativity, while listening to binaural beats has helped me achieve presence and balance. I also enjoy Metta meditation, which allows me to send positive thoughts and energy to the world.

Additionally, alternate nostril breathing has been a go-to technique for improving my focus, and a subtle breathing technique helpful for energy-clearing purposes.

Essential message

Honestly, taking just a few minutes each day to focus on wellness practices has made a big difference for me. Not only have they improved my life, but they’ve also rubbed off on the people around me. It’s been so fulfilling to share these practices with others and help them find their own techniques for personal growth.
