I completed the “Building Healthy Habits Challenge” with Insight Timer: a 31-day journey featuring 31 incredible teachers and 31 powerful wellbeing practices.
Each day introduced me to fresh wellness techniques, many of which were new to me. What I loved most was their versatility: practices could be done sitting, standing, lying down, or even walking, making it easy to seamlessly weave them into my daily routine.

Each of these practices is simple to incorporate, yet their impact has been profound. They’ve not only enhanced my own wellbeing but also allowed me to share tools for growth with others.
